Description
Quick-start executive education for leaders intending to personally oversee the
lean transformation of the company. In this five-day experience, we provide a detailed
review of lean systems through interactive discussions, simulations and practical
exercises. It weaves together the technical, human, cultural, and financial perspectives
in designing a new architecture for your organization. Tailoring this workshop may
include a small-scope transformation project the participants complete during the
week to gain firsthand experience. It also includes a summary of planning and deployment.

Logistics
We conduct this workshop twice annually for the public and onsite for individual
company leaders. It is often held as part of an overall education program for a
company to ensure that the organization uses a common language in communicating
the lean vision. This workshop requires no special facilities. The ideal meeting
space is approximately 30’ x 30’.
