Description
More people quit jobs over the relationship they have with their supervisors than
for any other reason. Because of the costs associated with replacing skilled team
members, it is important for organizations to invest in training and development
of leaders at all levels. This workshop focuses on the principles and practices
of servant leadership and will take participants through several self-studies and
role-playing activities to learn and develop this particularly successful skill
set.
Target Audience
This workshop is designed for all leaders and leader candidates in an organization.
This two-day workshop is conducted onsite for companies for groups of 6 or more
people.
