Our Rapid Transformation model is designed to provide relief for companies in more serious financial trouble. We get the maximum savings in the shortest time possible. The focus is identifying the key structural changes the organization needs to minimize inefficient and wasteful processing going forward, then aggressively making the changes, getting the workforce involved. During the execution, ILS coaches teach, coach, and guide the efforts to maximize learning for participants.

Intervention begins with a detailed assessment that will identify opportunities that drive the most recurring savings and provide a strategic direction for the client. The assessment takes 3 to 5 days depending on the complexity of operations in the facility. We will identify energy-savings, yield improvements, inventory reduction, labor savings, and indirect cost savings. We work with the client to develop a detailed transformation plan, identifying key leaders and stakeholders who will work with an onsite ILS Program Manager to take ownership of the transformation. ILS provides hands-on training, coaching and mentoring for these key players to ensure they sustain the improvements.

Execution may last from 3 to 6 months, and will be clearly indicated in the transformation plan. Savings can be dramatic. Most of our fee is contingent upon the company realizing the savings, and we Guarantee a 2:1 return on investment.
