Lean Operational Excellence Certification

This Certification provides the skills to transform your operations to lean work systems and value streams.   It is designed for all the key players involved in operations transformation from front line managers to corporate sensei.   To earn Certification, every candidate is required to complete exams and major transformation projects with support from their management.  These projects generally pay for the education many times over. 

Our courses provide rich, practical learning in a fully integrated program. They are designed for highly effective adult learning, integrating hands on exercises and realistic case studies every step of the way.

We conduct this program in three week-long sessions publicly and on-site at your facilities.  When conducted on-site, content and schedule can be customized to your needs.  Moreover, to maximize the impact on your organization, we recommend the training be conducted as part of our Strategic Lean Transformation Program.
