Lean Managerial Excellence Certification
Although implementation of work flow and lean tools at the operational level is foundational to establishing a lean organization, the transformation only begins there. Lean is supported through special management systems, organizational structures, and strategic policy deployment systems. Lean Managerial Excellence Certification is targeted at lean specialists and champions charged with leading lean transformation as well as higher-level managers. It would be expected that these individuals have already mastered lean operations and tools through our Lean Operational Excellence Certification.
We conduct this program in three week-long sessions publicly and on-site at your facilities. When conducted on-site, content and schedule can be customized to your needs. Moreover, to maximize the impact on your organization, we recommend the training be conducted as part of our Strategic Lean Transformation Program.
