The Lean Executive Excellence Diploma
The Lean Executive Excellence Diploma is delivered through a 5-day course (4 days if on-site) that carefully weaves the human, managerial, technical, organizational and financial strands of the lean business model together to thoroughly and accurately explain the structure, function, and resulting performance of lean organizations. It is based on more than 39 combined years of direct research by our faculty at Toyota as well as at dozens of other organizations undergoing lean transformation. The penetrating, comprehensive, and insightful systems perspective, intensified and made personally compelling through full-engagement activities, is what sets this course apart.
