The Lean Way 4 – Lean Coaching

The goal of this class is to accelerate change by teaching leaders specific strategies for coaching and teaching. This is a train the trainer course where the expectation is that all leaders have as their primary responsibility to develop their people.

Students will explore a wide variety of team building exercises and simulations, and will develop their own simulation exercise as a class project. This simulation must be relevant to their specific workplace and be suitable for use in their workplace.

We will discuss teaching strategies and specific needs learners have, and we will practice facilitation skills with the goal of facilitating an on-site Learning and Improvement Focused Transformation (LIFT) Activity in their workplace.

Price (public seminar): $9,500 per person for the 3-course series.
