About ILS Modular Training

ILS modular training delivers instruction on those lean tools and subjects most important to your organization. All of these courses employ our learn-by-doing approach with carefully designed simulations, exercises, and hands-on activities. Course content and delivery are adjusted to the background and experience of your audience. Most of the courses below are available in special versions for manufacturing, health care, transactional, office, and service applications.

Put the training into action. For most modules, you can further benefit by incorporating an activity at your workplace where the learning is put into practice. This results in both stronger skill development and immediate tangible benefits for your organization. For example, to get your setup team rolling, you might supplement our setup reduction course with a ILS-lead setup reduction event focusing on one of your problem machines or processes. ILS will work with you to design, facilitate, and execute such events as an integral part of this training.
